School Uniform

The school uniform consists of:

• Royal blue sweatshirt/cardigan with the school logo on.
• Light blue polo shirt - school logo optional
• Grey trousers (Long or short)
• Grey skirt/pinafore dress/culottes
• Sensible black shoes – no heels, platforms, sling backs or trainers.
• Socks/tights in black, grey or white
• A warm, waterproof coat.

The children will also need a Book Bag with the School Logo on.

For PE sessions the children will need a blue PE T-Shirt, a pair of blue shorts / blue joggers and a blue hoodie, only the PE T-Shirt needs to have the school logo on and the rest of the kit can be either royal blue or navy blue.  Shaw Hardcastle in Halifax now stock a blue hoodie with the school logo on.  All PE Kit should be in a named PE Bag. Please note the new Reception children will not do PE in the first term so you can wait til after Christmas to purchase these items.

In summer girls may prefer to wear a blue summer gingham cotton dress.

Can we request that no nail varnish is worn in school and long hair should be tied back, no jewellery to be worn though earrings are allowed but they must be studs and should not be worn on PE Days.

All clothing should be labelled with the child’s name. Coats should have a loop for hanging them up.

We can offer £30 of support towards uniform if you are eligible for universal credit. Please complete the form which we will then send to the council. Please contact the office staff for further details.
